Acquire Rights

The “Multi Player Scratch & Play” cards are disposable (one time use per play).  Therefore,  the player always needs more cards.  This makes the playcards of high demand.  Unlike other games, which will only be replaced if it wears off, with Horse Race Card, the same player will purchase multiple cards over again to play.  A high turnover product! 

The “Multi Player Scratch & Play” Game Concept can also be changed from time-to-time, according to market demand, for example: during Soccer World Cup, the game created can be changed to “Soccer Card” using the “Multi Player Scratch & Play” Concept.

Options

(A)
Distribution Rights Issued For One Or More Countries.

The Playcards can be produced by the Distributor/Rights Holder to sell and distribute within the country the license is issued for.  The Distributor/Rights Holder shall have all Rights to use “Horse Race Card” for the time period agreed upon.

    • Horizontal/Landscape
    • Vertical/Portrait layout
  • Packaging samples
        Content Type
    • Pack (10 Cards)
    • Box (10 Packs)
    • Display (10 Boxes)
  • Complete High Definition Pictures (of cards, packagings, logo, etc)

In this option, a fixed single time payment will be charged toward the prospective Distributor/Rights Holder, based on the country and time period rights are attained.

During the time rights are held, in the case world-wide acquisition is attained by another party, by the end of the contract period, the rights held shall be shifted to the world-wide owner.
   
(B) Permanant Rights World-wide / Transfer of Rights

The Game Concept shall be transferred to the interested party, for a one time payment.

  • Registration of Copyright/Trademark, of:
    • “Multi Player Scratch & Play” Game Concept
    • “Horse Race Card”
    And all other registrations, that have been registered by the Creator (Ricky Ahluwalia), pertaining to the (i)Game (ii)Game Concept (iii)Game Title (iv)Game Pictures
  • Complete prototype developed to produce

    • Horizontal/Landscape
    • Vertical/Portrait layout
    Packaging samples
        Content Type
    • Pack (10 Cards)

Possible Further Development(s)

  • The “Multi Player Scratch & Play” game concept is an original creation (protected by Copyright), the possibility to further develop it beyond the “Horse Race Card” is limitless. 
    • The main concept is “two or more players to compete with each other on a single scratch card.” 
    • The competitors on the card could change from “Horse Race” to anything else that would promote current environment.  For example, during “Soccer World Cup” the concept can be made into “Soccer Card.” 
  • It could also be further developed as a “LOTTERY CARD” that would include a lottery number on the card, instead of just a regular lottery ticket.

YOU ARE PROTECTED FROM HAVING ANY COMPETITION SELLING/DISTRIBUTING A GAME SIMILAR TO THE HORSE RACE CARD, AS THE GAME IS PROTECTED NOT ONLY FROM BEING DUPLICATED, BUT ALSO SIMILARIZED IN ANY WAY.  SIMILARLY PRODUCED TO BE PLAYED USING DIFFERENT CHARACTERS AND/OR DIFFERENT NUMBER OF PLAYERS WILL BE A DIRECT VIOLATION.
